Our services involve advertising spend on third-party platforms, which begins immediately upon purchase to ensure timely and effective campaign launches. Due to the nature of these platforms and the associated costs, we have established the following refund policy:1. Non-Refundable Payments
All payments for digital advertising services rendered by Lunar Media LLC are completely non-refundable once 24 hours have passed after the purchase. This is because advertising spend on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others cannot be recovered once allocated, as these platforms charge us in real-time for ad placements and impressions.2. 24-Hour Grace Period
We offer a 24-hour grace period from the time of purchase during which you may request a refund for any digital advertising services. If you wish to cancel your services and request a refund, you must notify us in writing via email within this 24-hour window. After this period, all payments are considered final, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of the service's usage or outcome.3. Ad Spend Allocation
Once an advertising campaign is initiated, ad spend is immediately allocated across various digital platforms. These funds are beyond our control and non-recoverable, making refunds impossible after 24 hours. You agree and understand that upon purchase, your advertising spend will be used in accordance with your campaign goals and cannot be refunded once it has been distributed.4. Service Completion
Our digital advertising services involve strategy development, campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative design, and ongoing optimization efforts. The work involved in these processes begins as soon as the payment is received and the campaign planning process starts. Therefore, requests for refunds outside of the 24-hour grace period will not be considered, even if the campaign is paused or canceled before completion.5. Chargebacks and Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the client after the 24-hour period, Lunar Media LLC reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with full documentation of services rendered. All digital advertising campaigns involve significant upfront work and costs, and we will provide proof of services and ad spend to relevant financial institutions as needed.6. Changes to the Campaign
If changes to the campaign are requested after the 24-hour period, we will accommodate such requests to the best of our ability. However, no refunds will be issued for ad spend already allocated or work already completed. We encourage clients to carefully review and approve all campaign details within the initial 24 hours to avoid unnecessary complications.7. Contact Us
